hey yall- I currently have US cellular but Im thinking bout switching to another carrier (due to lack of phones!)...my 2 years is up. But to switch to another carrier and to port my number I have to have my latest bill with my acct number on it. My question is if i go to a USCC store will they print me out a copy of my last bill???? Thanks much!!

some may be able to yeah, all we really need is account number and your name and address as it appears on your bill exactly, thats why we prefer the bill, we have to request billing info to a "T" Even if they have it wrong.

I don't know if Corporate stores can print out bills or not, but agents can't. But you don't really need a bill just the account number. You can get that from any agent or store. They can do a screen print of the first page, I suppose.

someone once asked me to print out the AIM screen to which replied "I dont think i can do that, so i am just going to have to say no" i just write their account number on my business card so they know who to call before their trial period is up with whoever they are porting to... although porting back in is a migraine and a half.

or you can see that we're not running you around, just laughing at the irony. you said you needed your bill, which you don't. but the account number is there. however, this is not the only way to get an account number. go to a store and ask them for the account # (not to print the whole stupid bill), or just call customer service and ask them for it. the bill is insignificant.

Ok...you're clearly not getting it. They are answering your question. Alejandro said that some stores might be able to print your bill and others might not. So good luck. Don.Mike or whatever his name is tells you that you do not need the bill but can just go in and ask for your account number or call customer service and get your account number. It doesn't get much clearer than that. They're not being jerks. And by the way...they're not your first complaint...as you stated in your initial post, the phone selection is.

Its best to get a copy of your bill. Any corporate retail store can print out a copy of your bill for you.

If you go to a corporate store they can print off a copy of your bill, if you go to any agent store they can give you your account number or you can call customer service at 888-944-9400 and they can give you your account number, as for printing the main screen in AIM you can do that all you have to do is press ctrl p and it will print
