Difficult to gauge, we do just as many as we used to, but I think your location has always been busy hasn't it? It is a lot easier to tell new customers, it's hard to convince a renewal though.

It's just this year that we have been this busy. Before that, we usually made our 20 act. quotas, but usually not more than 2-5 more than that. We were mostly a renewal store. But this year we have blown the quotas out of the water. The new plans have been great for renewing, but only if they don't have the free incoming and m2m for free promotion or don't have more than 2 sharetalks. If they have two sharetalks, then the new family plans are worth their time, especially the national plans with true Nationwide incoming and N&WE. Maybe that will help you with renewals. It sounds like you are in a low traffic area anyway. Hope things turn around for ya! But not more than you handle! Have fun.
