Since sprint is upgrading do you think we(USCC) will be doing the same? cuz im really sick of hearing how cingular has gprs at 200kbps/etc, cuz id like to have the fast network for once..

gprs is garbage and its only 40kbps,
edge(which my phone has) is about 100+kbps, its almost or about the same speed as CDMA1xrtt
CDMA1xrtt is much faster than gprs, ur missing nothing lol, i think most of us is waiting for 3g to be nationwide

Before 4G rolls out which from my understanding will be WiMAX(at least Sprint will be implimenting it for their 4G network), let's hope EV-DO Rev A gets deployed since it's faster than EV-DO Rev 0 in both the uplink as well as downlink. Rev A also supports higher data services like VoIP.
