Switching teams...from Sprint to US Cellular
I'm currently finishing out my last 2 weeks after 2 years with Sprint. I'll be a store tech for US Cellular next. Any helpful information for a new guy? Anything that will help me make any big mistakes or anything like that would be greatly appreciated!

You need to tell people what a good phone is not what is on sale. Make sure to ask what they want. And definitely explain thoroughly what you are doing.

As a tech, he will be doing mostly repair and explaining of strange features that have gotten in people's way. I think, that's what techs do anyway.

You are correct about the job description. So far everyone at USC has been wonderful. Plus, I actually have an office to work from, instead of being shoved into the corner of an inventory room next to the networking equipment!
