TT wait time

What is the deal with TT customer service que? Why is it taking so long to get thru??

Agreed I called in three times yesterday and couldn't get thru before 30 mins!

It has to do with PRC and all the calls from agents not being able to renew or add lines on old plans. It's clogging up the works. You'd think they would fix the problem on the computer before they lose business, but it doesn't seem to me that USCC is really worried much about TT business anyway.

It is SO annoying though. I keep calling into PRC when I'm just looking for information. They keep telling me that they can "give it to me this time, but next time I need to call into the TT customer service center"
yeah right.

The only number I have for Talk Tracker Customer service is PRC. I use the customer's phone more often than not. Let USCC pay for the minutes.

This wait time is costing us agents our business its getting ridiculous too because it has been almost a month now and we are still having 30 minute hold times. If a customer wants to add text messaging or check their cycle date they have to wait a half hour. They'll just go to a corporate store. Everyone keep complaining to your AAE's and maybe they will fix this problem.

It hasn't been that bad, lately. Lately, only like a minute or two wait time. I complain so much about so many things, my AAE probably is sick of hearing from me. My favorite rant is about Razr prices in OKC, but that is for another thread.....

I take it back. I was on hold for TT activations for 45 minutes Saturday, about an hour after I wrote that.
