Hey guys, need some help, and you all seem to be either USC employees or knowledgeable. I am thinking of switching to USC from many years with Qwest, don't know any customers to ask experience. Live in Omaha, NE, looking at small biz Wide Area 1400 @ $79.99 for 2 of us to share, unltd incomiong and m-to-m, all sounds good to me. Concerns are coverage/quality and Customer Service/Billing problems. Also looking at V3C RAZR or V323 - want B'tooth capable and full-doplex spkrphn, don't really care about video or MP3. Am I heading the right direction? Is USC good? I will also accept and appreciate direct responses at [email protected] thanks! and the faster the better!

Should be great. Nebraska is supposed to be a new market, so the prices of phones should be great. I don't know about the coverage, however, if you knew anyone with CellOne up there, it's the same tower system (USCC got it when Alltel bought CellOne but couldn't own spectrum in NE), so old CellOne custies should be able to tell you more about coverage.

Do you have a tax ID? Thats the only way you can get the small biz plans... otherwise you're looking at the $89.99 for 1700, m2m and n&w starting at 7 add the call me for $10.
In WI, the coverage is more consistant then most other ones and I havent personally had a complaint. Customer Service/ Billing- as long as you dont go over your minutes/text/pictures/EE whatever on a regular basis, you should be fine.
I have the razr and love it, cant say anything bad about the 323 either but it doesnt have bluetooth

Thank you! Yeah, I have an actual legit small biz w/ tax IDs and such - actually, I sell commerical-grade headsets (to call centers and such) and am an authorized Plantronics dealer, so can get BT headsets pretty cheap. Again, I appreciate teh feedback. thanks for taking time.
