I think I will sit this one out..
🙄
My 323 is a darn good phone and I don't see a compelling reason to dump it. Now if there was a CDMA PEBL... that would be different, that would do it for me. Plus I have concerns from the reviews about issues with this. I have read about reception being not good and something about not being able to turn on the speakerphone while in a call -or is that only with the Verizon "special" interface?
I have an IPOD and that is a better mp3 and video player.
Lets get back to phones that are great phones not Swiss Army knives.

if someone paid the $179 ( 🤠me) for it and still in the return time, am i just screwed for not waiting on this. is there anything i can do?

I just returned my v3m that I got 2 weeks ago and upgraded to KRZR. I was told that if I wanted to keep my RAZR, they would credit me the difference. I would guess the same would be true for the KRZR.

I would see if you could sign up for EE and get the rebate first since they say you get a rebate on the phone if you sign up for it and don't say it has to be at the same time and if they say no then return the phone wait a week and try again.
I don't want EE as I understand it to be for $10 a month- maybe for $5. EVDO is starting to sound interesting but I don't know if USC will ever have that.

If you paid 179 for the phone, that is the new price before rebate. Like it was first stated it's 99.95 after an eighty dollar mail-in-rebate with 90 days of EE.
Second. EVDO is launching in some USCC markets and will be eventually in all markets. Not any time soon tho. I'm thinking spring.

By the way, the CDMA PEBL more commonly known as the W315 is available from USC.
Price is $59.95 before $50 MIR with EE. Color is the same as the Fire Red RAZR.

The 315 is a CDMA Pebl? well not really although the advertizing does hype it as "Pebl inspired" 😛 so where are the laser keys and camera?
No its just a wannabe cheap phone. My 323 is a better phone.
