Does anyone know anything about how the insurance works?
...
I do. it is the crappie. if you don't have to use it then don't. but if you do u have to have the exact place exact time what happened to the phone and if the phone is discontinued to the point where they dont have one there they search every us cellular store untill they find your phone. that is how cheap they are. we ordered a t731 and had i overnighted. "Overnighted" means 2 weeks i guess and when we got it it wasnt even from "the signal". and they dont send you a new phone they are refurbished unless you ask for a new one. then they will probably send you the bottom of the line one. o yeah fifty bucks for this great service to!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have to pay over the phone, or do they put it on your bill?
...
Insurance. It has it it's good things and it's bad things.
You will either pay over the phone for 50 dollars or you can do COD but I think it's an extra 10 dollars to do so.
It's always good to have insurance while in contract. Retail phones start for at least 150. Normally a lot higher. Just an FYI

as far as accessories go what is replaced?
...
if they send you a different phone - you should get charger and holster. but most of the time it is replaced with the same phone. so they don't send anything unless you tell them those items got damaged as well. They'll replace them if they were in the same "accident" as the phone. Or at least as I understand it.
