USCC allows you to renew your contract after 18 months of the contract have passed. This is six months before your contract ends. Yes you can do this. Unless you have suspended your line, which adds time to your contract, you can renew 6 months before the contract is fulfilled. No extra charges,except for equipment change fee, unless Computerking is lining his pockets.

They waive it at a lot of places, if they are waiving it for new activations, usually they waive it for renewals. It's kinda like an activation fee, except they don't call it that. We waive it every chance we get, and sometimes more often than that.
