When I got unlimited text, I went from 1000 min/mo down to 200/mo!!!! I'm almost certain that in 2003 Rooney had said that data transfer was overrated. Maybe, Rooney is overrated. 😲

Is U.S. Cellular ever going to get Unlimited picture messaging, video messaging, a better internet service? Because seriously they're lacking alot, and I'm losing interest in them, they don't have enough to hold me has a customer as much as Verizon & AT&T have. SO can anyone tell me, if they're going to get better plans, and options??

Got my first bill with a $2000 charge.

After the lights came back on I went to my rep she called and had it all fixed in less then ten minutes.

Yes, they screwed up.
Yes, she was just doing her job fixing it but,
it was fixed fast and not enough is said when things go right.

Does anybody know what Nokia phones USCC is due to get by the end of the year? I heard we're getting them, but I have no idea what they are, and am getting anxious about checking them out!

Will USCC ever get video messaging? I know they have EV DO coverage where i live, and video messaging would seem like very helpful and a smart move for USCC. 😕

My only problem with uscc is that they dont include picture messasges with the unlimited texting plan like verizon does are they ever going to have unlimited picture messaging?

So from what I hear, Us Cellular will have a major change this summer, ie. new colors, new logo, and new store look? I was wondering if anyone had more info on this???

I BOUGHT THE LG GLIMMER AND FOR SOME REASON WHEN I WAS INSIDE MY HOUSE THE CALL WOULD REFUSE TO CONNECT, OR IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 50 SECONDS TO ESTABLISH A CALL.

I HAVE A BLACKBERRY CURVE, AND IT CONNECTS THE CALL IMMIDIATLY. AND I HAVE NO TROUBLE GETTING THROUGH.

THE GLIMMER JUST DOESN'T SEEM TO WANT TO CALL.

DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM?? COULD IT HAVE JUST BEEN MY GLIMMER? I DID BUY IT USED BY THEY SAID THAT THE GUY HAD JUST BROUGHT IT BACK AFTER 1 DAY. SO I DON'T THINK ANYTHING WAS WRONG WITH IT.

I don't know if you have heard the radio ad Sprint has about their unlimited plan how you can get text pic video all that for $99 and it say well Verizon and them had unlimited talk for $99 and that would be fine if this was 1999 or 90 something and all a phone could do is talk. I CANNOT SEND TEXT MESSAGES WHILE IN A CALL. I CAN RECIEVE THEM THOUGH.

IS THIS BECAUSE OF THE 1XRTT DATA BECAUSE ITS ONLY SINGLE THREADED?

THE OTHER THING, IF IM TEXTING, AND USING DATA, CALLS GET SENT TO VOICEMAIL.

Ok, I work in an AT&T call center. the policies for us, literally, change every flippin' day! I'm wondering is it JUST AT&T's policies that change every day or is it with every carrier?

That's my only problem. I know that they have it in the Easy Egde To Go but I would like to see it be available without having to sign into EE.

I currently have a family plan with 4 phones. Frankly I'm sick of ATT service, dropped calls, etc.

Unfortunately I've not found a phone that fills the bill for us. We do virtually no texting, a straight phone is all we need.

- not overly expensive
- need virtually no features though Speakerphone would be good
- tough
- thin
- exceptional sound quality

What should I be looking at? Also, are there any older phones that really shine but could be found used?

I like the WiFi!! But I do have to say, that when I called to get info about release date on this phone with US Cellular people about half a month ago, they thought I was talking about the PPC6800 and had no idea what the Touch is. They really know what phones are in the industry...

Does anyone know if/when USCC will be getting the Bold. I know att nor verizon have it yet so its probably not on the market yet. I just want that phone for Christmas and need to let the Mrs. now so she can save up her money.

Also, do you know of any other phones in the testing stages?

I am porting in from Verizon Wireless and am looking for a good basic phone. Reception, reliability, voice quality, and battery life are the requirements. I was looking at the Moto W385. Seems like a good phone, great sound quality. is this a good choice, or is there something better?
