I have the razr witch is fairly new .today it says (unable to charge)and there is no battery meter display.has any else had this problem before. 🙄

My Motorolla V266 is near death and I thought about purchasing a phone on eBay. Now I know with other services you can buy an unlocked phone and just put your SIM card in and it'll work. How would that work with USC? Does it even work?

Hi everyone! I've heard good things about us cellular and was wondering if anyone here could recommend a plan or phone for me. I have cingular right now, but want to transfer my phone to a cheaper plan. I'm paying around $70 a month for only 900 minutes i think. They don't even have a store close to me. So i want to switch over ASAP to something better. Any suggestions? How's the service in WV? I'll still go to WI occasionally to visit my family (only holidays), anyone know what us cellular service is like in WI? Thanks for your time everyone, I appreciate it!! 😁

Ok cus comes into store wants battery's to a phone that stoped being manufactured before i was born. one of the old a** nokias . so i expl that we don't have any battery's for a phone that old, she told me she really liked the phone and (get this) tried to tape Duracell's together to make it work. and that i could order one or she could get a free phone under that E911 thing... then she got all pissy because i cant put a crd on her account for the months she hasn't been able to use her 20 year old phone, and her plan is only 13.95 a month..... what the hell do you say to this???? but wait more to come while reviewing the nots apparently she was ignored at a store for like 15 min (supposedly) so she cld up corp b*tched them out and got a $25 ...

I got a mystery shopper who was lazy and called it in, it was easy to tell off the bat because we were warned a month ahead of time and when the person called on a us cellular number i asked them if they have ever had us cellular before and they said "no". I didn't get anything for it but it was too easy anyway.

Wow, some people are so hard headed, first he asks about a free phone, so i tell him in order to get a free phone he needs to get a 3 months of UNL EE. So he says no. Next i ask him what plan he would be going with after i explained all the plans, he's like well aren't you going to tell me? In my head I was like wtf. So i tell him again and he choses a plan and i'm like you don't want EE and blah blah blah, and now i'm telling him what comes w/ the plan and before I can finish he just says NO. and i try again NO...and NO NO NO NO NO NO....i'm like sir listen up, i'm trying to tell YOU what comes with your plan. Why is the price on the Razr so high? I would have to pay $449.00 for that phone because i'm not up for renewal on my contract... It seems like the other carriers are way cheaper...

I know usc charges a equipment fee if you just do an ESN change, but for a contract renewal w/ equip. upgrade we don't... so i guess i can say i'm glad that's one less hassle for customers and less headaches for me 😁

If a customer has prepay account and just wants a new phone, don't they have to pay full retail price for a new phone? I'm wondering if it's different at different store locations. I've had customers come in saying well this other store said I can get the phone for $60. And i'm thinking I don't think so cause you alrdy have a account. any ideas?
