I was once a USCC employee at the former Medford Care Center. For a company that prides themselves in Pride, Ethics, and Respect they sure don't practice those values. When the call center closed the senior leadership snuck in through the back entrance to the center, and stationed security at all entrances and all other retail or business offices in the area. They walked in and immediately fired all of the call center leadership. They did provide a severance package. However they held all the customer service associates hostage by saying they could have a severance if they worked an additional 60 days. No options to take the severance and walk away. No options for leadership to stay the 60 days and go down with the ship so to speak. ...

Can anyone tell me the latest for the release of this phone? I've been waiting for months?

Guess I'll have to just USE the 6255i for 29 days and then exchange it for the phone I REALLY want - the RAZR. However, this assumes the tentative RAZR will be released within a month. 🙄

Still clunking along with an Audiovox 9150. I have no use whatsoever with a camera phone nor 500 contacts, however my wife in nicer weather goes trail riding, sometimes alone. 😡 If I do upgrade, a phone with a GPS option would be beneficial.

I purchased the v710 and trying to figure out how to set up the ring tones. I am a US Cellular customer, and haven't received the usb and phone tools cd yet, but I do have a flash card. I downloaded several songs which play fine but I don't have an option to copy or move to the phone memory so I can set it as a ring tone. Should I have the card first to get this option(The phone plays all the songs) or does the mobile phone tools set all these things up? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I would like to know how anybody that works for this company can be displeased. I am a member of the St. Louis Launch team and this company has been great!!!! The DO is really moving in the right direction. To hear you guys that are current employees downtalk this organization really makes me feel that you guys don't care about anyone or anything but yourselves. So I am tired of hearing this company is crap, because when you look at the facts this company does everthing to share profits and knowledge about the industry with its employees. HELLO CELLULARONE! Why am I leaving you ask? Cause all of USCC's cellphones are locked down featureless P.O.S. And why do I say that? Cause USCC's underhanded business practice of locking out or completely removing features on cellphones in an attempt to force people to use EasyEdge. What features am I talking about? Features like the tranfer of ringtones and images via USB cable or Bluetooth. Why even bother having a camera phone if I cannot get the images off the phone? USCC has remove or locked out the transfer feature of their phones in an attempt to force people to use MMS to get those images off their phone. Another good feature is Bluetooth, but once again USCC wants to screw their customers by locking out or removing the OBEX featur...

The razr is now on Alltel's Unified Portal. The 2yr pricing will be $199, the 1yr pricing will be $259, It will be released on November 21st along with Alltel's version of V-Cast, which will be known as Axcess MobiTV, and will be offered for $10 a month.

Is USCC currently testing the Moto Razr cdma?? I seem to remember talk about it but when I go to -- Phones -- Motorola -- Razr3 -- it does not list USCC as a future vendor. Maybe It's Alltel I was thinking about that's gonna get it?
