Help with Settings Doc?
I just got an unlocked Treo 680 this morning. Everything works fine with the exception of the internet. I called Tech support and was told that there was nothing that they could do since "that's not one of our phones." They sent settings to the last unlocked phone that I had & everything worked fine. Any advice or help???? Thanks!!!!!

Settings for Treo 650 should work just fine. Did you look at one of my older responses to this same question on another thread?

Thx - after having less than helpful tech support from Cellular One on the phone (a real jerk) , I took it into a local store. The guy was so excited to even see the 680 that he was glad to adjust all of the settings for me. LOL

I can't vouch for anyone you may have spoken with in tech support but I apologize if anyone didn't offer to help you with the 680. I'm just saddened that we're not going to be carrying it.
