If I remember correctly, it will be an exclusive deal for AT&T/Cingular until 2009 so I doubt it would be unlocked.

Like I had mentioned earlier, AT&T's got exclusive rights on it until 2K9. If you do happen to cop one, count on more than half of the features being not supported on the network from us and also shelling out around $800 for that piece if it's unlocked.
