Well the whole thing is, I dont want to get another unlocked phone. I hate putting in the settings and it never works right. What do you guys do?

Problem is that you won't ever find a locked KRZR on Cellular One. Besides, you can always call us to get your settings put into the device.

When I say us, I mean either call center. If they somehow by a disservice of God can't get it right, have them send you to our Data Support group.

i got a purple razr form moto.com and got the settings sent and it works fine. have no issues sms or data. online all the time with it. and as far as get it right care reps...most of us know what we are doing..the select reps that dont...well..im not going there 🙄

So how do I go about getting one? Will it have the settings already installed in it? If not I can just call the CS center and have them send out the wap and mms settings? 😳

yes if you buy it from us, it should have the settings pre-installed. if not, customer care can send them to your phone. just dont call from the phone. 🙂

if you order it from moto directly when you get the phone call customer ervice and tell them you need the wap and mms setting to the phone. very easy to save. like 4 buttons to push. it comes dir to the phone in sms and you hit read pin is 1234 and hit yes to activate and hit ok to save. done....
