I think mostly all Marlene calls are the same so you are going to hear the same story over and over again how she talks about getting raped, people listening in on her cell phone calls so she has to change phone numbers phones and sim cards like 150 times a year...um how she is racist and supposedly black men want her, how her family is incestive and rape her....George Bush trying to take over the world....you name it she probably said it....
I was training a girl once when I got a call from her and it was pretty funny she didn't know what to do....I got on the phone and was like Marlene, you need to call a woman's shelter or go to the police....she of course went off for about 5 mins and hung up.

I work in the OKC call center and I have talked to both these people in the past. they were both a different breed of cat if you know what i mean. But ya there are some others out there that are fun to talk to aws well.
