Problem with Boost Phone
I have experimented with this a little bit and have noticed that this happens on calls from my home phone (a land line), several other landline phones, two different friends' cell phones (one alltel, the other cingular). But that it doesn't happen from my mom's cell phone (also boost), or the boost customer service.
I have called boost customer care twice. The first time, someone tried to fix it, and told me to call back if I had the same problem. The problem continued, so I called back immediately, and the customer service rep tried to call me. When she did, she could hear ringing, and therefore, told me that there was nothing wrong with my phone, and that perhaps the people who were trying to call me were simply calling the wrong number (which could not have been the case since I recieved their calls)
Thank you in advance for your help!
I really would have to call you on a second line so we you and I could troubleshoot it....wierd issue!
