looking at your previous messages, i noticed you wanted to get your text messaging feature blocked because someone else is using ur minutes on txt messaging, i believe it is ur sister, is there a way you can put a password on the phone so she cant get in and is it possible for u or someone else to purchase a phone for her, because i seriously hate it when people dont have respect for someone else's property, have you told her and expressed the fact of what she is doing is costing you money, you talking to her or her possibly getting a phone will save you a lot of trouble instead of calling cust. support,

TT...There is a way ti disable the text messaging feature on your account. It simply takes an agent who is concerned with acting as a "Customer Service" advocate and not a helpless pawn....
If it were me to receive your inbound call I would of course verify the correct account and exclude the requested feature on the feature tab in the Ban (account). I would note the account copiously with your requested and the actions I used to meet your request.
I am sorry the agents you have spoken with have not been helpful. You can reach me thru my profile and we can attempt to complete your request when I head back to work on Tuesday if you still have not had it done.
