Tracfone renewal nightmare
First let me say that I have two Tracfones and have been using them for several years.
My wife's was due to be extended and there was an offer on Tracfone for 400 minutes, an new Motorola phone for a year. It was less expensive than just purchasing additional minutes and a year service. So I proceeded to order it.
When I submitted the credit card I was told that the card was rejected (first time in my life) and I should go back and verify the information, which I did; twice. Stupid me I thought the card was bad as we had pushed it up pretty high with the wife's dental bills. So I used another card and it too was rejected. OK, something's wrong with Tracfone's system, right?
I called and placed the order with a human (not in the USA)...

i wouldnt say that there would be a corrupt employee at TracFone for customer service, where ever they are located, sometimes someone just made a mistake, since india is new to the global market and credit an stuff, its gonna take time to adjust as far as credit cards, i personally dont like using them to order stuff, i use my debit card, since ur card was hijacked, i should suggest u use a very strong firewall(McAffee is the best in my opinion and i speak from experience), they block every attempt from ur computer being hacked, its very resilient. i just cant wait until the internet is a little more secure as far as monetary transactions, im nervous everytime i use my debit/credit card online. 😁
