Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how Helio handles phone repairs. If you phone needs to be fixed for whatever reason, do you have to ship it back to Helio? if so do they give you a loaner while your phone is being repaired?

I'd really love to know how their repair departement works. Thanks.
