Opinions on Jawbone BT?

I'm looking for a new BT headset and I was wondering what others experience has been with this particular headset (or other new ones).

Also, is it possible to go to a Cingular store to simply buy the headset without being a contracted customer?

Yes you can buy the headset from Cingular I have been using it for 3 weeks now and I can tell you I will never use another headset again this one is awsone blocks background noise as well as being light. I have used many many headsets but this is the one.
