1st...haven't heard from ya in awhile. 2nd, vzw sent an email to the dealers to see what we are doing to generate new numbers (since their numbers were way off last month). I sent an email asking what they were doing to help US get new numbers...ie, quit holding back inventory...colored chocolates!
Speaking of that...I missed 8 sales last month to people that could go right online and get the red/green chocolates...but we couldn't get any to sell. I miss one of the volume levels by 4 freaking numbers! So, whenever they shot about numbers, I shout back about inventory...and ask them for the 2 grand they cost me...

I agree about the numbers, Jan was Waaaayy off, and the lack of phones hurt too.
I use to fret and loose sleep at night about hitting quota and not doing enouogh sales, but now I just look at it this way, hey every single day I try 140% and attempt to make every single sale I possibly can, if I miss quota or its not good enough for them, then tough, I tried the absolut best I could, which is 100% the truth.

Our numbers were ok. Company wide they were average. Target for our rep was off by about 300 numbers though. But I think they have done alot to kill our numbers. Especially with the withholding of inventory...
anyway...just wanted to say hey. I went on vacation and it took most of last week to get the store caught up so I haven't had time to get on here.
Oh yeah...and setting up my new HDTV. I finally broke down and bought one. It is real freaking nice...I see what the rave was about!
