Phone was purchased as new on Ebay. I have used it two days and haven't not even removed the outside plastic from phone.
I do not like this phone and want to sell it now so I can get a new phone asap. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product.

As far as price I paid it was 310. pus 15 s&h So selling at 275. I am taking a $50 loss at this point. If there is no interest here I will put it as a buy now on ebay for the same price 275. plus s&h.

oh yeah i am really pulling the wool over your eyes. i always buy phones for 310. and resell them for 239. i love losing 81. per transaction, yep you caught me.
As for my rating if anyone took the time to look it is placed their by the man who sold me the phone??? I paid for the phone within 14 minutes of purchasing it ... as a buyer that was my obligation and i completed it quickly. Sadly the comment and negative rating is of malice. He is unhappy that I tried to return thephone to him.

An auction that has ended and has ZERO bids. Your status is -1 regardless of what the situation is, that does not look good for you when you are trying to sell something on ebay.

BTW, what a dik the seller is for not giving you the rebate. I don't know what you could have done with a rebate form though since you weren't signing up for new service. Either way, what was the price that the phone had to get up to to get the rebate? What an idiot seller! You didn't even give him a negative feedback, you gave him a neutral. Thank you for taking the time to see what is going on. I tried to be balanced in my feedback and probably should have given him a negative comment. I am new to using Ebay and will learn, hopefully.
