Does Verizon Charge an exchange fee or shipping fee? What about store exchanges?

There should be no fees involved with exchanging a phone during the trial period unless you are exchanging for a more expensive model.

I cannot return with the UPC missing from the box. If there is an RTC, manual, CD, or headset adapter missing and they are exchanging for the same item then I will just keep those things from the new phone. We charge restocking fees for minutes used on the phones.

I'm with you. We can't afford to exchange phones all day. We have to resell these things. If UPC is cut there is no return. If anything is missing there is no return. If phone isn't in new condition there is no return. It's pretty plain and simple. We also tell people to return the phone the second they know they don't want it. Don't keep it 2 weeks and then bring it back.
