Just to let everyone know who is interested, I have started the ball rolling with complaining about the issue of speakerphones on the new flips from VZW not working when closed. I spoke with CS, and asked them to put a comment in about it. Whoever is interested, I suggest you do the same (*611 for CS). Not sure how much good my one phonecall will do, but the rep gave me the impression that if enough people complain about it, they will do something about it. I even told her I'd be willing to pay an extra $20 for a speakerphone to work while closed (about the cost of a headset).
