New customer, online order

I placed an order online and the order was shipped. After reading about the deposits I was wondering if the order was shipped does that mean a won't need a deposit or will they tell me I need one when I activate it?
Also I was wondering about the phone I had originally ordered. I ordered a phone and then I saw that they had the new strawberry chocolate. Can I change my phone when I recieve it or do I have to keep it now, and wait a certain period of time?

Should have gone to your local retailer, they could have answered all your questions and made sure you fully understood the answers.

well I found that I can exchange the phone within 15 days. I actually tried calling all of the local retailers and they don't seem to answer the phones, even the one in circuit city.

You should actually "go" into a store. You will find that they are a lot more help than any online customer service you will ever have experienced.
