I just checked th coverage, and we have 8 cell sites in the city. Coverage should be good. It is possible to have a cell down right now and you are picking up the closest tower. Give it sometime and if after 24 hours give customer service a call.

As long as it's saying Extended Network he doesnt have anything to worry about anyways..
