You'd be surprised how well they work, even under high load conditions. All the reps have them, and at one of the meetings we had 10 (!) reps with their sierra cards, and we convinced them all to simultaneously run a dslreports.com speed test on all 10 cards, and they all got around 256kbit/second, which is decent speeds for unlimited wireless access for $80/month. 🙂
