a lot of cities can't clear the stations that they need to broadcast the mobile tv, plus its a small roll out because qualcomm is building the network from scratch. i know the feeling i'm here in phx and we aren't getting it on release, but our smaller market here in arizona (tucson) is available on release. kinda strange. but chicago and phoenix should be important targets once the channels are clear.
