Complaining of the lack of new phones.......
Why does Verizon not listen to their customers and speed the pace of with new phone releases?
I see phones released by other carriers only weeks after FCC approval.
I have asked this several times with no good explanation.
Is Verizon taking too much from their customer with the lack of return?

Verizon has its stringent requirements because it wants to make sure you don't exchange a phone four times. Does that mean they catch all of the bad ones? Nope. We do have a lower overall replacement rate on equipment than any other provider though.

We are talking about actual phone lines, not just features. Everytime I see someone complain about this or that phone not having this or VZW having crappy phones I think of that Alltel commercial where the guy is out on a date and he is using the fork on his phone to eat with and then uses the cheese grater part of it to spice up his spaghetti.
