i need a phone number

does anyone have cooz number i need to call them because they dont want to give me the same deal that verizon cs wants to give me and i need to talk to them

To me, it sounds like this person doesn't work for VZW. In which case, aron, you are not privy to the 'cooz' department. 🤣

ok this is the story. my update date is set at 6/07 i want to do an early upgrade verizon stores and cs lets me do it but when i went to a not direct verizon store he gave me a much better price but when he called cooz they didnt let him do it not sure why? so i wanted to talk to them

As mechanic said, you're not privy...

COOS is for employees and dealers only...not customers, unless it's VERY SPECIFIC, like verifying credit info...

Indirect agents are not authorized to do early upgrades...

Only Verizon Retail Stores or online or over the phone.

That is why that store can't upgrade you early.

Not necessarily. It depends on the market that the agent is in. I work for an indirect in the NE and I can do early upgrades

No. I mean what part of NY are you in? New York is divided into mostly vision north while some parts (mostly around NYC) are in vision east. That could explain why
