What model is it? It looks to me like a Motorola V60 but I'm not sure.

It depends on what you are referring to, most of the television commercials he is on a v60, but I have seen him on several different phone, on in store material he uses all sorts of different phones.
What I think is funny is that on one of the current promotional peices for the stores, one of the guys immediatly behind him to the left, has a v300 GSM phone strapped on his hip.
