V710 & Bluetooth
My brother who works for VZW here in WA State has a V710 and he told me that VZW had recently worked out a deal somehow so the V710 can have more than one Bluetooth profile so the Bluetooth can be used for more than a hands free operation.

You misunderstood him... what they're doing is allowing you to have the car kit and the BT headset able to co-exist and be used (probably still one at a time only though) so that you can transition from headset to BT car speaker... as of right now when you ge tin your car you have to "un-couple" the headset and then rediscover the car kit, and vice-versa when you leave the car... I know this because I fixed the president of the company's probelm with his car kit/headset. 🙂
