Verizon is the Bottom of the Barrell

I have been dealing with the Verizon Exective offices over the past few weeks and have gotten no where with them. I hate Verizon, I want out of Verizon. Their phones are junk and they do nothing about them. They stand behind nothing. They want your money and that's that...

I'm not sure what the issue is. They don't stand behind the phones because they don't make the phones. The do offer warranty exchanges as a convenience (although I think most cell phone carriers do this), but they certainly don't have to.

Your post is very vague. If you were more specific people here may be able to help you. However, I have known people who work in executive relations and if your pleas hold any water then they will bend over back-wards to help. (so would all the people you likely spoke to before escalating). I honestly have to say that you are likely being vague with your post because you know this in some way. Yes?

It just amazes me that so many people cannot understand the fact that Verizon Wireless is a service provider, first and foremost. They are not a phone manufacturer. All we do at Verizon Wireless is provide service that phones use.

If your phone(s) isn't working, it is not the fault of Verizon Wireless. I've dealt with numerous escalations where people just cannot understand this simple fact.

I think the issue becomes that since the handset is locked to the provider that the provider becomes that ad hoc conduit for all issues related to the handset.

I personally don't have an issue with the handsets being locked, I think it allows the carrier to ensure that the handset used meets the...
