I love Sprint, I love the advantages I have working here, but my boss is forcing us as store reps to go chase outside sales - like knocking on a McDonalds and asking if I can set up a "tech preview" in their break room. I'm sick of it. I don't mind selling things to people that walk in the door, but sticking flyers on cars in a parking lot is outside my comfort zone.
So for all you VZW reps out there....
1. What kind of wireless plans do employees get?
-at Sprint, I get unlimited minutes, text, internet access for free. I also get $50 in free content downloads/month.
2. Do you have employee referral plans?

A former co-worker of mine recently left Sprint for Verizon and has given me the lowdown on much of what you ask.
- Verizon offers a similiar employee wireless plan with discounted phones, though they don't have anything like the $15 plan for friends and family.
- Hourly base pay is very similiar to Sprints, alot of it depending on what you made before within reason.
- The commission is a little different in that they expect you to sell three accessories with every sale or upgrade, otherwise you won't meet your accessory quota. Also your expected to sell the txt and ...
