get it from the store...then the warranty is actually good. Most corp stores wont cover anything on phones purchased via private party deals. Just my two cents.

i don't know if I would say that...who knows what you did or the previous person did to the phone before you tryed to activate it. They are really just covering their backsides and I can't really blame em.
