Hello All.
Ive been reading these boards for awhile, but just recently started posting. I was wondering if the regulars would post if they are cell phone users, people who work in the industry, or both....along with which carrier they use/work for.
There are some good discussions in these parts...

Look forward to your posts.

I sell and use Verizon, AWS, and T-Mobile. I'm also the smartest person in this forum. 😛

Oh, did I forget to mention that the other half of my business is anything related to film or digital cameras, and the image processing and photography aspects that go along with them? Don't mess with me, drama... 😈

Bah! I squash your image processing and raise you a full knowledge of Sony, HP and Compaq's entire line of computers, PDAs and printers. Ha! Ha Ha!

HP... 🙄 Inkjet is the devil. You probably sell people inkjet photo printers and tell them "it's every bit as good as chemical processing!" How do you sleep at night?

What about those great HP LCD screens? the capasitor on the back keeps blowing and HP can't keep enough of those instock for warrenty exchange. My GF's mother works for HP warranty exchange/HP Tech

Where I live there is a huge HP R&D facility, which also does some production. It employs about 6000 people. I sell 25 or 30 different models of digital cameras, and not one of them is an HP. Here's the funny thing... I get lots of customers who are management types at HP, and THEY won't even buy an HP digital camera. They tell me this when they are coming to buy a Canon or Olympus. My rule of thumb for people is this: Never buy an HP or Kodak digital camera. When in doubt, buy an Olympus, Canon, or Fuji.

Yeh, Kodac got me.
$300.00 and then two weeks later it wouldn't even turn on. tsk tsk

HP cameras make great paper weights. Or, if incensed, throw one at somebody.

Simple...I sell them Epsons instead. Troublemaker.
...
I think you missed the point... HP is the devil, but so is home inkjet printing. To be fair though, the Epsons are the best of them. In fact, starting at around $1000 you can get an inkjet printer that does comparable quality to chemical processing. Our lab uses an Epson 10000 for large format printing.

I've had experience as a consumer using Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon (which I've used and would recommend exclusively since I became their employee).

I started as a technician fixing phones for Bell South Mobility, then worked for Cellular One the same time they changed the name to Cingular, then quit Cingular (and their crappy service) to work as an Authorized Agent that sells Verizon and also use their service as a customer. I've been selling Verizon for almost 4 years now. Love selling and using the #1 service in the USA.

Sorry I'm putting my stuff in late here. I am currently an Advertizing and Marketing Director with a VZW agent. I have been in the industry for 5 years now. I have sold Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sprint, Alltel, Bell South, Cricket, AT&T, and SunCom. I have also been a Sales Manager within the industry as well. And no, I don't keep bouncing around from carrier to carrier as my experience may have suggested. I've only workied for a couple of companies. My first job I sold Nextel, AT&T, Bell South, Alltel, Cricket and SunCom all at the same store. For a different job I sold Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobile, Sprint, Nextel, and AT&T all at the same store, and now I am at an exclusive VZW agent.
