testman site

is there a problem with the testman site? i have tried to view it and i entered 99999 for the zip, but it says that they do not have service for that zip

i noticed that today as well it won't let you enter 99999 as zip code but i still got to the testman page... try to go to phone after you get that message it worked for me.
