Why some "DEALERS" shouldn't be able to sell wireless

Ok check this one out. It just happened to me today.

A woman comes into my store and said she received a call that her cell phone had come in for repair. She told me her name and I checked our repair cabinet. Nothing. No repairs are in stock. I swing over to the pc terminal on my desk and look up her wireless phone number and try to find her in our database. The customer is indeed on VZW but didn't buy her equipment from my Auth Retailer. She remembered that she took her phone down the hall to the Wireless kiosk where she originally bought the equipment.

She goes into a tirade about how the Dealer rep was rude and downright refused to give out a loaner phone. The customer was told that the repair could take 6-8 weeks. VZW CSR told her...

You sound like your a good dealer and know what your doing and i do know there are others that are good however i do know that dealers have a very bad reputation at Care because of places like that one. I have a feeling it's like that with all companys. I wish they would do something about it. Like if a Auth dealer gets too many complaints they lose there license...I do know that happends because i've seen it happen but it takes an awful lot of complaints and bad buisness practices before they lose their license. Again i don't think there is too much difference in this between any carrier.
