Family plans used to be ran different. It was at one time set up that you got a plan, just like the single plans, such as the $39.99 plan and if you wanted a family plan, you had to add $20 a line, then it was $20 for the second line and $10 for the next 3. I do not remember a $50 family plan, $60 was the cheapest I ever remember.

Honestly I wouldnt doubt it I have seen $35 family share digital choice price plans. I am an indirect & I have seen some price plans of like $10 single lines that gave like 20 anytime minutes that the customer got before when it was airtouch!

Yes, I have it. Additional lines were $20. I have 1000 minutes with 1000 mobile to mobile for $49 plus $20 for an additional line.

I was looking at the total price of a family plan, not the price of the first line. So in your situation, you are paying $70/month for 2 lines.

I don't think there were any family plans that you had 2 lines for $50 total. The cheapest family plans I can think of were $60 for 2 lines.

I remember an old regional or digital choice that was $29 for Primary $20 for second. You got like 200 or 250 minutes and 1000 N&W. Not sure exactly but there used to be something.

I started working at the indirect I work for a little over 4 years ago. Back then you could take any national plan of 34.99 or higher and add 20 for each additional line. As a stand alone it was just a straight up 300 peak and unlimited off peak. With the family share each line got 250 mobile to mobile minutes. The next plan up was 39.99 with 400 minutes and 1000 mobile to mobile and unlimted night and weekend minutes. The 20.00 add on lines got 250 mobile to mobile. You could only do 4 total lines.

Hope that helped.
