I currently have the RAZR V3M. I like it but it really does not fit me that well, I have had verizon for 6 mos. I would like to get something new, but I dont want to pay full price, and I DO not want to buy it on E-bay. A CSR told me to try my insurance to see if they could send me a different phone? I dont know what to do?

Let me know if you have and suggestions

Thanks

I'm not sure how insurance could help you since your phone is in good working condition 😕

The insurance would replace his phone with a refurbished V3m anyway. He'd still have the same phone even if he COULD do an insurance claim.

I had a woman at Asurion arguing with me what is and is not covered by insurance. I read something straight off her brochure, but she still wouldn't replace the phone. I hung up, called back, and the person replaced the phone right away. I hate dealing with insurance sometimes.

I think you are going to have to suck it up and pay full retail. It's called life, you DO not get everything you want out of it.

I'm done. 🤣

You could ad another line an convert your plan to a family share and pay 9.99 extra a month maybe get your mom on it or something and buy the phone you want and switch ESN

try craigslist...great way to buy and sell phones. Plus you could see the phone before you buy.

Cancel your service, then sign again with a new line, you get a New # and a phone @ the discount price. But you have to pay the $175 ETF and $35 Act fee. 😁 😈

If you don't care about your phone# see if you can find someone to do a change of financial responsibility with. They can have your razr and take over your account, thus freeing you from any cancellation fees and you can just resign up like a new customer
