According to Engadget, looks like both should be out soon, which one would you choose and why?

I like the 2mp camera in the 6800, as well as the addition of a thumb wheel.

Does anyone know if the Cyclone has a camera? That would be a nice feature on a Blackberry.

Titan 6800 all the way...will prob be upgradable to win6 its touchscreen(big ticket) blackberry is just a glorified 2way pager. And NO it will not have camera...there's no multimedia in the business world..

please...as many people that have treo's in the "business world", i wouldnt say that market is totally devoid of multimedia. And there a lot of instances in the business world where a camera could help you out or be extremely convienent.

A camera is not that crazy...now I now, there are some companies that prohibit camera phones at conferences and stuff, but honestly how much is that really policed?

Actually try walking in a court room with a treo camera phone...im sure they'll do more than just frown upon you. Blackberries are marketed to lawyers more than anyone else and lawyers have no need for camera's. I know im a marketer..and i have a treo.

well...blackberries are marketed to more than just lawyers...blackberies are marketed to people that need to have instant access to their email in an easy to use format.

I see your point about the camera, I guess I just believe that there is a market for a blackberry/smartphone with a camera...blackberry could very easily offer two versions if they wanted one without a camera. Look at the popularity of the pearl on cingular, there is a market for this.

yes there is a market for it, but competition makes it very hard to entry, they would have to compete with Treo, HTC 6800, and the Motorola Q and the new iphone...i say blackberry stay where your at. because you just dont measure up.

OK, enough about the camera, more about which phone you would want once available and why?

I've heard the 6800 from Verizon was coming out w/ WM5 first, and a future available update to go to WM6 if VZ follows thru.

Sprint is releasing the 6800 a few months later and the talk over there is they hope to release it w/ WM6 in June.

TRUE, or you could just get the treo 755 out 5/14 which is actually better than both of em.

I'd have to disagree. I haven't read too many people saying that, pretty much the word is that Palm is dead. The Treo upgrades have very little to offer.
