I have a KRZR and I have seen the SLVR in a few stores over the last few days. Of course I was drawn to the SLVR because it's new and whatnot, but when you get down to it it is EXACTLY the same as the KRZR, just a different form factor obviously.

Made a few test calls, sounds the same.

Screen resolution the same.

All the preloaded sounds and wallpapers are the same.

I DID think the camera on the SLVR looked SLIGHTLY better...but not necessarily enough to warrant buying a new phone (doesn't look like the pics on the enV or anything)

Thinner obviously.

In my opinion (and not sure if this helps you) it really just comes down to whether you want a flip or a candy bar.

A VZW store did tell me, however, that the SLVR can hold a 2 gig card, while the KRZR only holds 1 gig.

Oh interesting...I didn't know that. I don't really use my phone for MP3's and stuff, and I don't take a lot of pictures so that wouldn't really be a selling point for me. Although that's definitely a strong point if you're needing more space than your current phone has.

yeah i think I have a 1 gig card in my KRZR too...don't ask me why though, I hardly have anything on it.

No biggie. No two pwople are alike on phones.

The LGs will sell better than the Motorolas because they work better and no self respecting salesperson wants to have angry customers yelling at them every day about their phone not working.

I'm over motorola (unless the future update of the Q is WAYYY better).
