If you are a current customer and purchase a new phone does the 30 day trial period apply, or does the original 15 still apply? Any info will be appreciated

Like the first poster replied...test drive is for new lines only. You already know that VZW has the best, most reliable, national network! You are an existing customer!

30 days know. just dont get vzw picking up the tab.but you can return phone and go back to old plan if want to in 30 day period.but if you are doing ne2 at 22 months into old contract, then you will have to wait 2 more months so as not to get etf charge. then if you want to cancel service and go else were you can.

It's actually a pretty interesting gambit: apparently Verizon is trying to leverage their super-duper low churn rate to attract more subscribers. Verizon could lose twice as many customers as they currently do and still have good numbers in that metric.
