Please Help With KRZR And Sync To WMP11
I just bought 2 KRZR phones and have been on the phone with Verizon for the last hour. I want to sync it to the PC and put music on it but according to Verizon there is an error with the drivers, so I downloaded the "fix" and ran it twice like the rep said (because sometimes it doesn't work the first time... great), to no avail. I run the sync option from the phone but it says it cannot connect. I've already ordered 2 microSD cards for the phones... and I would like to get this fixed not return the phones. But if I have to I will. Does anyone know how to fix this issue so the computer will recognize the phone? Thanks.

All you have to do is download the fix, then open up Windows media player, don't worry if the computer says not recognized. Then go to my music on your phone and press the sync button. I messed with the same issue for like 3 hours because I was trying to get the computer to install the phone like any thing you connect to your computer. But just install the fix, open media player, go to my music on your phone, connect the usb cable to your computer and phone and then press sync on your phone. It should detect.
