what am i doing wrong?
this is day 2 where i havent sold any phones or upgrades or whatever. the most ive ever had in a day is 3. now ive only been selling phones at this mall for like 2 months, but honestly, i feel like i suck at life!!

you dont suck, i have been having the same things happen at my store. no upgrades or acts but i do have almost $200 in accessories which doesnt seem like alot but at our store its alot.

thanks sweetie...seriously tho..i posted int he general forum about our point system here..me and another girl split the month...she has 15 activations out, i have 5...i know im new, but after bartending for so long, i thought id be a natural at this. another co-worker (another location) said its a law of averages. he asked if i talk to everyone that walks by. of course i dont, if they were even kinda interested wouldnt they come to the stand and glance around?? i need to do something cuz i need to get my commission up!!

It does give you the opportunity to become a more focused sales rep tho. Sounds like you will have to make your $$$ in quality vs. quantity. The sales you do get, treat them like gold. ASK FOR REFERRALS and followup!
Sometimes slow locations can really be gold mines, as long as you're using the right tools!
