if i have IN texting and i am out of the country can i text verizon customers with out paying extra?

Does your phone work overseas? Hmmm, where are you?
The answer is no. If you are not in the US you're not really "IN" cuz you are using the network of whatever carrier you're roaming with.

Internationa texting is once you physically leave the country it is $.25 to send and$.15 to recieve.... ON YOUR PART ONLY 🤣 Enjoy

If your are in canada or mexico text messaging will decrement from domestic bundles and overage will be a dime to send and a dime to receive..
