i was able to order the maxx from the store. the rep. was kind enough to show me and even gave me a great price since i was so knowledgeable about the phone..he even confirmed the Z6TV.

This guy is definitely full of it. Who has ever heard of a sales rep giving someone a great price when:

a) the phone isn't even out yet
b) it is a very high end phone
c) it could be charged at most likely a high price

just because the guy was "so knowledgeable" about it.

He said the phone has been out for awhile now. i kno it hasnt. i kno its a high end phone but the price was added cuz im prolly 15? and the phone, he said, is goin to be around $430.00, retail price and tax included. Other then that, it pays to be courteous and not an a-hole which u seem to have gotten down 😛
