I've seen a few people recently who have had issues with the touch-sensitive buttons, saying that the scroll feature was sticking, or whenever the slide is opened, a call would be placed to the last person called.

Sound familiar?

huh. Just wondering how wide-spread is this. Both of the issues came from guys; perhaps pressing harder may have aggravated the issue, but still, neither of them purchased the phone when it originally came out; both were purchased around December.

I stopped even suggesting the chocolate about 2 months ago. I've seen at least 40% of them coming back with the buttons not working. Male and female customers

hmmm. Didn't meant to generalize. I haven't seen that many come back, but we didn't sell too many of them anyway.

I went through 3 choclates before December. I bought it in August and the first had a battery issue, the second had a vibrator bust, and the third issues with it's speaker. I never had too many issues with the touch screen but I was kinda let down with all the issues that I did have. I really liked the phone.

We've had several of the same issues. We've also stopped pushing them.

We have seen many come back. We have decided that it might be caused by dropping them.
One of the girls that worked here watched her drunk friend drop and then kick her phone across a street, then the phone started phantom scrolling and calling.
My sister-in-law also had to get a replacement, same problem. I told her to get a 8600 instead, but she didn't listen to me, I hope that thing lasts her!

My first phone did this almost from the minute I got in. (I got the white chocolate in January). It started small with just the occasional over key sticking until you took the battery out, but then it started randomly calling people when you slid the phone up, then hanging up on its own (especially with the call waiting) The last straw was when it would call people when the phone wasn't slid up.
The second phone I got (they replaced the first) wouldn't register a full battery charge. With no use at all it would be dead within two hours.
The third phone the three key stuck.
The fourth phone the spring in the memory card slot was DOA.
I am now on my fourth and got frustrated (all the above switching happen within a week) and now have an en...
