I don't have my information on me, which is why I'm asking this potentially stupid question: do full access, authorized users have the ability to add a phone line? I know we can't cancel one, but can we add one?

Full Access contacts can do everything but:

*Cancel a line of service (including EZMove)
*Change the billing account password
*Add a line of service
*Reconnect Service that has been permanantly disconnected
*Perform Assumption of Liability Name Change/Billing Responsible Party Name Change

Contacts must be 18 years of age

Then that's not really full access. Just the like unlimited data isn't really unlimited.

That's why it's called Full Access and not Full Authorization. Just the same way the data is Unlimited Airtime, not Unlimited data quantity transferred.
